Qualification
- Principal - minimum age 18 years
- Supplementary - minimum age 18 years;
for immediate family members only

- Copy of I.C. (both sides)

Joining fee
- Principal - RM25 for 2 years
- Supplementary - RM15 for 2 years

Qualification
- Principal - minimum age 21 years
- Supplementary - minimum age 18 years; for immediate family members only
- Minimum annual income - RM18,000
|
Documentation
a) If you are an existing principal credit cardmember of a locally issued credit card for more than 6 months.
- Copy of I.C. (both sides)
- Copy of credit card (front only)
b) Salaried
- Copy of I.C. (both sides)
- Latest 3 months' payslip
- EPF/3 months' bank statement where salary is credited
c) Self employed
- Sole proprietor/Partnership: Business registration form & Form D
- Sdn Bhd/Berhad: Form 24, 49, 9
- Latest 3 month's Bank statements or Return BE form with tax receipt

Joining fee
- Principal - RM25 for 2 years
- Supplementary - RM15 for 2 years

Annual fee
5 years annual fee waiver (Annual fee is RM68 for Principal Cardmember and RM20 for Supplementary Cardmember) |
